Terms of service: Clinicians
These terms govern clinician accounts. They sit alongside our general terms of service, which apply to everyone. Last updated: August 2026.
Your account
One account, one real professional. Your profile, credentials and availability must be accurate and kept current — your verified badge is only as trusted as the honesty behind it. Openings, organizations and rates are visible to registered clinicians only; sharing access or content outside the platform breaks these terms.
Free, with one optional extra
The core clinician workflow — profile, verification, browsing, applying, messaging — is free, always. The only optional purchase is Premium at $19.99/month, a personal convenience that never affects matching, applications or hiring decisions. Cancel any time in settings; Premium runs to the end of the paid period and doesn’t renew.
Verification
You authorize us to verify the credentials you submit against source, and to show the resulting status — not your underlying documents — to organizations when you apply or respond. When a credential approaches expiry we’ll warn you; if it lapses, your status reflects it honestly until it’s renewed and re-verified.
Work and compensation
LocuPedia does not employ you and is not a party to your work. Rates are shown upfront on every posting, terms are agreed directly between you and the organization, and the organization pays you directly under those terms. LocuPedia does not process, collect, hold, transfer, invoice, settle or guarantee compensation between clinicians and organizations. Locum, contract or permanent — the choice, and the agreement, are yours.
Conduct
The usage policy is part of these terms. LocuPedia has zero tolerance for misuse or inappropriate behaviour — including harassment, flirting, racism or discrimination of any kind — and any behaviour that doesn’t align with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions will cause the account to be suspended immediately, without further notice.
Ending it
You can delete your account any time — see privacy choices for exactly what’s removed and what the law requires us to retain. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms; zero-tolerance breaches take effect immediately.
